These terms are from KERA PIZZA OF INDIAN ROCKS BEACH LLC (“Kera Pizza Tavern”, “we”) and cover the text messages we send about your orders.
Kera Pizza Tavern Order Texts. Kera Pizza Tavern sends text messages only about orders a customer places by phone: an order confirmation (order number, items, total, pickup or delivery time) and, if the customer chooses to pay by link, a secure payment link for that order. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
On a phone call, after you give your mobile number, the restaurant's phone host asks:
"Would you like Kera Pizza Tavern to text you the order details?"
We text you only if you say yes. Every order text ends with: “Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” If you choose to pay by link, the host tells you the link will be texted to your mobile number and sends it only after you agree. Saying no, or not answering, means no texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
